| Description | Balloon Competition for the MTP Cup
On June 25, 1961, at the end of the XXX Jubilee Poznań International Fair, the third competition of free balloons for the Cup of the Poznań International Fair took place in Poznań, organized by the Poznań Aeroclub.
The following balloons were entered in the competition class: – “Poznań” balloon – Poznań Aeroclub, – “Katowice” balloon – Silesian Aeroclub, – “Warsaw” balloon – Warsaw Aeroclub, – “Syrena” balloon – Warsaw Aeroclub outside the competition.
In consultation with the organizers and based on the permission of the Ministry of Communications No. PP-320 of May 29, 1961, the Board of the Poznań Branch of the Polish Philatelic Association organized a balloon post.
