Monumentalist, painter. He studied at the Moscow secondary art school (1940-1944) with V.V. Pochitalov and P.T. Koshevoy. In 1953 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts, the faculty of monumental painting in the workshop of G. I. Rublev. Thesis – painting the ceiling “Harvest Festival”, carried out in the building of the Kharkov airport. Since 1956 – member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
