Artist Born in the city Yartsevo Smolensk region 1944-46 Studied at the art school at the Kiev art Institute. 1952 -Graduated from the Kharkov state art Institute, painting Department in the battle workshop of academician P. I. Kotov. 1958 – became a member of the Union of artists of the USSR. 1962 – joined the Studio of military artists to them. M. B. Grekova. 1967 – participated in the restoration of the panorama of Franz Roubaud battle of Borodino 1969 -1970 work on the diorama “December armed uprising of 1905 in Perm”. 1972-1974 work on the diorama “Storm fortress of Izmail, the armies of Alexander Suvorov in 1790” 1973 -1974 work on the diorama “Moscow. December 1941”. 1976 -1977 work on the diorama “the Liberation of Budapest by Soviet troops in 1945”. 1977 -1980 work on the diorama “Storming of Berlin”. 1978 – Awarded the title of honored artist of the RSFSR. 1985 -Awarded the title “people’s artist of the RSFSR”.
